Register for the UU Justice Ohio JA in Columbus on Saturday Nov. 2 from 10 until 3. Cincinnati Civil Rights Attorney Al Gerhardstein will keynote the opening plenary followed by workshops on immigration, the environment, LGBTQ issues, the New Jim Crow and environmental justice. Lunch hour interest groups will discuss Peacemaking, Voting Rights/Elections/ Reproductive Justice and a Minister’s cluster. The closing plenary will address UUJO governance issues as the network celebrates its first anniversary. Please announce the event to your members and note that scholarships are available for those unable to afford the $25 registration fee that includes lunch.
Columbus Statehouse Capitol Steps Saturday November 2, 4 pm

Join UUJO, , the ACLU, Ohioans to Stop Executions, and the Ohio Organizing Collaborative co-sponsors as a supporting organization for a rally calling on state lawmakers to:
- Halt the Death Penalty
- End the War on Drugs and Mass Incarceration
- Break the jobs barriers for returning citizens
- Stop Stand Your Ground proposals
