Ohio UU Social Justice activists will meet in Columbus on Saturday, October 20, 10am to explore interest in creating a statewide advocacy network. The 40 UU congregations in Ohio include 29 in the Ohio Meadville District of CERG and 11 in the Heartland District, MidAmerica Region. Cincinnati and Dayton area UUs in Heartland have been seeking ways to connect with other Ohio UU Congregations. The two District executives, Joan Van Becelaere and Lisa Presley, agreed to assist with this effort to determine whether Ohio UUs have the time and energy to become the 12th UUSAN.
